Adam looked eagerly at the Adult, hoping he would help him out with his school supplies, or at least, knowing how to get money... "Hmmm... do you have muggle money then?" Daniel asked, unsure of how to breach this subject. He had to be careful; some kids didn't have much muggle money, whereas others just didn't know how to get what they had exchanged. Either way, he could always make a deal.
He never just turned kids away. Always happy to give help, was Daniel. Quote:

He might even find her irritating...
"Oh well.. I'm looking for some books.. perhaps, you could recommend some to me?" Lacey bit her lip before continuing, "I was thinking novels involving.. romance?" Pleased he'd managed to make the young girl laugh, Daniel gave another warm smile. "Well, we have plenty of books here," he stated, waving a hand at the ones in front as an example of sorts. "Muggle kinds... someone was in here for Romeo and Juliet book just now... We also have wizarding romance books. The Warlock of Oz, The Love of Young Wizards... That last one is a good one. A witch and a wizard fall in love when they're kids. And there's another good one, a kid from a muggle loving family and a kid from a pure-blood elitist family fall in love..."

Okay, Daniel couldn't really remember. "You can browse through them and read the blurbs, see what's for you. I'm not sure what you'll like."
