Lily sat up, and rubbed her groggy eyes - only to find out that the room was brilliantly lit up.

Goodness. She had slept half the day away!

Carpet slippers on, she rushed down the staircase - and paused. It was worse than she had expected. Two broken plates, a pile of towels, and a puddle of water in the kitchen.

"I thought I would make Harry something to eat, and clean the place up," James said. "It seems I have achieved a certain... uh, level of success."

"This," Lily said, decisively. "Is why I took Care of Magical Creatures in school."
