I highly doubt that this is legitimate. Partly because the link I tried to follow to the lego website was broken, and partly because these are supposed to be HBP sets, and there are Oliver Wood and Marcus Flint Minifigures, and if I recall correctly, Wood was in the same year as Flint, and Wood graduated from Hogwarts in the end of book five.
