So, I was trying to hold off on posting, hoping Abi would be back, but I still haven't heard anything from her *Glances around for Abi expectantly* Oh well, here's her post.


Alicia blinked, her eyes changing from bright pink to a glittering green. Jamie stared at her as a frown crept onto her face.

“What is it, Alicia?” he asked, stroking her cheek softly.

“I think I saw a bit too much…” She laughed, shaking her head. “Ems and Draco,” she added and Jamie frowned. Alicia sighed and touched his lips. “Can you just pretend to like him?” He grinned under her fingers.

“So… Without all the gory details- what did you see?” Jamie asked, making Alicia giggle.

“Hmm… Did I tell you about the problem we had for Emily? A spy at Hogwarts?” she asked and Jamie bit his lip.

“Not exactly… You were talking in your sleep the other day,” he admitted and she scowled at him. “But carry on with explaining it to me.”

“Well… I’ve been watching for some sort of clue to who it is for a while- I didn’t find anything.” She frowned again before continuing. “It seems that Draco figured it out- it’s Blaise Zabini…” Jamie frowned.

“Zabini? Are you sure?” he said and she nodded.

“He saw him tailing Emily the other day… If I skip through some of it- Emily’s come up with a good idea.” A smile spread across Alicia’s face and Jamie raised an eyebrow.

“I know that look… Now I understand the eye color- what are you planning?” he said, his eyes becoming suspicious. Alicia only smiled wider.

“She was planning on playing mind games with Lucius… Using Zabini,” she said, her eyes glittering brightly. “Draco’s convinced her not to but he hasn’t counted me yet…” Jamie could see plans forming in her head and started laughing.

“Alicia- how are you going to play mind games? You’re not involved with this anymore-” Jamie said, kissing her hand as it rested on his cheek.

“How’d you get to that conclusion? Lucius is probably planning on hurting Emily in some way- so I am involved in this- she’s my sister.” Jamie sighed and shrugged, letting it go. He didn’t want to argue with Alicia right now.

“So… Can I join in the mind games?” he asked, surrendering to her planning. She nodded quickly.

“I need to speak to Emily and Draco about it… But you are part of my plan, yes,” she said absently, staring at nothing but apparently seeing something. “I think that will work nicely… Jamie, can you go ask Harry if we can borrow the cloak please?”

Jamie vanished and returned with the silvery item draped over his arm. Alicia threw it over the both of them and led Jamie down to the dungeon that Emily and Draco were in.

She knocked quietly but still loud enough for the occupants to hear her.

“Emily, Draco- open the door,” she whispered and there was movement behind the door before it creaked open.

“Alicia! What are you doing?” Emily said as Alicia pulled the cloak off. Draco nodded at Jamie once.

“I’ve come to kill you and cut all your hair off… What do you think I’m doing down here?” Alicia said, rolling her eyes and dropping onto the floor, crossing her legs.

“She had a vision about Zabini and your idea about mind games,” Jamie sighed. Emily’s face split into a grin while Draco frowned. “I guess you don’t like this idea either,” he said, looking at the Slytherin, who shook his head.

“Well, I don’t care what both of you say- I’m doing this and you’re going to help whether you like it or not,” Alicia said and Emily laughed. The two girls put their heads together- radiant red and bright blue- and started planning. Jamie sat on the desk near Draco.

“So… what’re you gonna do now?” Jamie asked and Draco looked up at him.

“I’m not sure yet… It’s ****** me off to find out that it was my best friend that was spying on me for my father but I’ll do everything I can to protect Emily from him.” Draco’s voice was quiet but very certain. Jamie agreed with him. Although Jamie wouldn’t admit it, Draco’s comment about protecting Emily had totally flipped the way he thought about him. “Wonder what they’re planning,” Draco murmured as laughter sounded from the two girls.

“If I was you- I’d be scared…” Jamie said, putting a hand on Draco’s shoulder and grinning. “Alicia’s involved in this so I know I am.” Draco grinned and glanced at the two girls.

“So, I was thinking that we totally screw with their heads…” Alicia said quietly to a grinning Emily. “I mean really screw with them.”

“How?” Emily asked and Alicia’s eyes glazed over, flashing pink.

“We swap,” she said, a small smile on her face. Emily frowned.

“Swap? Swap what exactly?” she asked, confusion wiping away her smile.

“Swap lives- we swap loves,” she said, her eyes flicking to the boys behind them. She read Emily’s reaction in her thoughts. “Listen- we pretend to argue with them and each other,” Alicia said quickly. “Then we swap the boys round! You pretend to date Jamie and I’ll pretend to date Draco- Zabini’s stupid enough to believe it and he’ll pass it on-” Emily’s frown stopped her.

“But then Lucius will go after you!” she said, unhappy about it. Alicia just grinned at her.

“Exactly… The point is as soon as Zabini passes it along, we’ll swap back to normal, then swap again! It’ll make it look like we’re all dating each other!” Alicia’s eyes glittered again. Emily looked at her as if she was mad. “I’m not a lunatic, Emily- you should know me by now… And anyway, it wouldn’t really mean anything to us- we’ll just pretend to argue at breakfast or something and then you hang out with Jamie and I’ll hang out with Draco… We’ll keep swapping like that until they get totally confused!”

“So… Instead of ‘Now and Forever’ or ‘Forever and Always’- It’ll be Now, Forever, and Always?” Emily asked and Alicia nodded, laughing again.

“Exactly- let’s explain it to the boys,” Alicia said, straightening up and turning to look at the two boys, who were finally getting along.
