He was surprised that she seemed surprised about the compliment. That was weird. "People don't really tell you that?" It was surprising, because she was so pretty and nice and she should be told as such. It was only right to do that to people that looked good.
"Okay, I'm gonna make you a nice chocolate cake with purple icing." Because he knew that she loved purple. Maybe she could share it with Lucy, because Lucy loved purple too. Speaking of Lucy though... he didn't know where she was, and he wasn't sure that he was very happy about that. He wanted to see his Lucy. Sigh.
But her next comment brought him out of his private thoughts. "You do? What is it?" He was worried that Violet might hear and get another wild idea. What an adorable girl. He adored Violet.
Fallon took in the look of surprise on Torin's face. She shook her head.
"Nope. I actually don't get told that a lot." She thought she looked great but not many people told her that. It was kind of a shock to her too.
Fallon grinned.
"Yay! I love purple. And chocolate." Two of her favorite things together. She would have to remember to get a special quill only for writing letters to Torin. Of course it would have to be orange. She didn't like the color much, but it was Torin's favorite so yeah.
Fallon grinned, somewhat mischeaviously.
"Welll, I could tie you to a tree in the forest and you would never have to leave her. I just need some rope." She would do whatever it took to find some rope.
