I love it when people create characters who have flaws, aren't excellent at everything, and don't get every spell at the first try.

I love it when people let you know when they won't be able to get back to you on time, or get back to you at all, or if they have to leave in the middle of an RP.

I love people who know how to RP Mary Sues and Gary Stus - believe me, that's a skill not everyone has.
