Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris was just about to give up on his quest for an answer as Vianna spoke, muttering stubbornly about how she 'might've' been thinking something while he was away. Assuming that he wasn't going to get a real answer, his eyes rolled up to the ceiling once more before snapping back to her as her voice then continued to drift through the air. His eyebrows rose just slightly as she suggested that perhaps something had happened to him in those extra twenty minutes he was away...or maybe he just wanted some extra time away from his nagging wife. His heart fell at the words, guilt suddenly slipping into his expression as she turned around to the stove once more, leaving him to mull over her statement. Here he was, thinking that she was just being a little brat about changing her meal, and she'd gotten upset because she was...worried? Brows furrowed, he watched her for another moment before silently taking steps closer until he was right behind her, slowly letting his arms slip around her extending waistline as though afraid she might slap his touch away. He then began to press small, sweet kisses to the back of her shoulder, very gently making his way up the back of her neck in a silent explanation of his guilty feelings. After a few long moments of this, after what could've been hours of comfortable silence, his deep voice murmured softly to her ear, "I've hardly ever left your side once in the past six years," he started, nose gently coming to her temple. "I have never felt such a pull to one person in my entire life, like the pull I have to be with you any chance I can," Ferris reminded her ear in a soft murmur. "I never want to stay away from you."
