"I got a letter from my mum this morning." he said. "We're leaving for Russia a few days after we get home - Kay is just coming with us - and it'll probably take a day for Apollo to catch up to us... so right after that I'll be able to write." he said.
Marie looked at Carter with a confused look.
How did he know Destiny had sheep?
"You hear some bite? Who told you that?" She didn't remember telling him that and she couldn't picture Destiny telling him anything about herself.
Oh and here it was, she didn't even have to ask him and he was going to tell her his plans... AGAIN!

Kay was still going with him? Feeling like the life was being sucked out of her she just sat there staring at him for a minute. She couldn't believe that he was still friends with her after everything she had told him. How could he want to spend the summer with someone that was so mean to his girlfriend. Someone who would turn her back on him without even thinking twice about it.
Knowing that if she opened her mouth to say anything right now she would only end up yelling she decided to just get up and leave. Not even looking at him (because she was afraid she would start crying), she got up and started to head for the door.
It was offocial... she HATED the end of term and the summer holiday almost as much as she hated Kay... who didn't seem to have the nerve to show her face at the feast.
