“I’ll believe that when I see it.” Sirius snorted.
“Are you daring me?” James said, puffing his chest out.

He then crossed the room to the table that Lily was working at. He turned around to wink at Sirius before tapping her on her shoulder.
“Hey, Lily can I ask you something?” She turned her bottle green eyes on him and stared.
“I was just wondering if…can I borrow a quill?”
