Scooting the totally wrong cucumber to the upper part of her desk, Evelyn shook her head at it before deciding to try this again. Well, of course she was going to try it again. She didn't get it right! Darn cucumber!

However, hearing that one guy, Rae's Gryffindor, ask if they had to use their full name, Evelyn paused and looked up to the Professor. It would work with just their first name right? They didn't have to use their last name...right? Frowning, the Slytherin slowly moved her attention back to the top of her desk before shrugging it off. She just wanted to get this spell right with her first name anyways.

Nodding to herself, she sat up straight, and stopped tapping her foot in the water before trying the spell again. Cucumber...Evelyn... "Cucurbita Intaglio." she said a bit more louder than last time, with a slightly longer oval wand movement. What appeared on her desk though, surprised her. It was a cucumber alright, with her name in it...

...but it was yellow. Raising a brow, she poked it with her finger for a split second, making sure it was going to bite her finger off or anything before picking it up. Whyyy did it have to be yellow? She got everything else right. Would it matter to the Kappa if the cucumber wasn't green?

Unless, Kappas were color blind like some animals she knew were. Tracing her name that was carved into the cucumber, no matter how neat it looked, she decided that perhaps she should just...try again. It was supposed to be green!
