Some of it's scales, contrasting against white and gold, were a shimmering grey-aqua color. "I figured I'd give you one."
"I had to get you something, Mister Kapoor," she said, sliding the jar across the table slightly to him. He had always been Ari's favorite person at the school. She couldn't pass by an opportunity to give something back to him.
Kapoor could hardly believe that someone had snuck into the library a fish. And not even a gold fish, but a live koi. He'd heard about these creatures being much like dogs with fins. And at the Japanese Gardens near his home they would follow the guests around as they walked around the ponds perimeter.
"
How remarkable a gift!" He exclaimed. "
He's going to taste simply delicious!" He joked with the student.
"
Thank you. Truly. Miss Malone." He said sincerely. "
Has he got a name?"

Turning to the young man once more, to answer his question. It looked as if Kapoor was going to say something terribly informative, but stopped short when what the boy asked actually sunk in. "
How to use a wand? Do you mean like improving ones charming techniques?"
