Ohh, Armen didn't know who his other visitor was either? Laura peeked at the strange man again, suddenly remembering how she had met her colleague Theron when he was new here in this very office. Maybe, he's the new Portkey Office division head? she mused.
Taking a seat, Laura carefully set down the package she had brought with her on the table. "Good to see you too," she said. "It seems you've settled in nicely." Mr. Armen Department Head Recard's veryyy own office! Teehee. He looked a little strange sitting at the big desk for now. She nearly half expected to see one the past department heads to jump out and tell him to get out of their desk.
"What brings me here today? You can't guess?" She patted the nice clay statuey present thing in front of her. It was wrapped in bright green paper, her favorite color. Because she wasn't really sure what Armen's favorite color was. She gestured for him to open it. She could just imagine his face when he discovered it was the sculpture they had planned on making for the competition!
Armen laughed as he noticed Luara looking around his office.
"Yeah I had to make it my own. It was way too empty and formal for me when Christian left." he sighed he missed the man ad would have liked to use some of his interesting knick-knacks in his office but...*sigh*
Couldn't guess? Oh Laura knew him better than that!
"Oh I know for sure why you are here!" he said with a large grin.
"I saw you flashing that big gift around for me as soon as you entered the door." he stuck his tongue out at her childishly, he was glad he could joke with her. He wondered what it was.
"Thanks Laura. Can I open it?!" he said excitedly like a kid on Chistmas. Without waiting for her reply he ripped the paper off and sat back in his chair when he saw what it was. Inside the bow and paper was the statue that they had planned together, one that represented all the Division of their Department.
"Oh my, Laura! This is soo touching and absolutely awesome that you had this made!" he grinned. It was the perfect size to fit on the corner of his desk, which he put it there right then.
The new Department Head stood up and walked around his desk to give her a hug.
"Thanks so much, it goes perfect in here." Quote:

"Callingham," Nathan supplied for the other man and stuck his hand out for him to shake. He watched the woman fiddle with a green packaged thing and frowned. Was it customary to bring presents for your boss? He'd do that. Yes, yes. Tomorrow and every day after that. *nod*
"Lovely day to be working in magical transportation," Nathan said, more to himself than the others. It was shiny and he was glad to be doing something he KNEW about rather than being an unspeakable with a no-job. :/
This other guy still had Armen's mind racing as to who he was! Armen felt bad if he already worked in the Department and had just not met him, but he didn't think that was the case based on the way Laura had looked at him and the lack of conversation between the two outside.
He then heard the name...Callingham? It sounded familiar. Wait for it...In the minsiter's office when he got the promotion. This was his new Portkey Divison Head.
"Oh so nice to finally meet you Mr. Callingham." he nodded and shook the guy's hand firmly.
"So you are going to be filling in my old position. The employees are great for sure. So have you worked in the Ministry before or are you a newbie?" he asked with a pleasent smile. He would soon find that Armen was a very layed back, and likable kind of boss.

Armen walked forward to answer the door and saw that it was John.
"Oh what a pleasent suprise. How are you John?" he asked with a smile. He had worked with John a while now in his old Divison.
