"I am a December baby too Professor! The 15th exactly ten days before Christmas!" That meant he was a Sagittarius, and that was a possible reason for his interest in centuars!
Looking at his page he thought he had best get on with the Banner Assignment, however Patroclus had no idea which team to do. He loved Qudditch, but was unsure of his favourite international team, and with the school teams, he was a proud lion, but thought there would already be heaps of those Banners, and Patroclus liked to be unique.
"Professor does it have to be a Qudditch Banner, or could it be a banner for something else....perhaps a December Banner??" The yound Lion's mind was realing with possiblities, but he had to get the Professors Approval first!
"Oh, yeah?" Lexi replied, her eyebrows raised in amusement.
"December seems like a wonderful month to have been born in, then." Lexi smiled and started to head to a different area of the classroom, but when Patroclus asked her about creating a December banner, she paused to think the matter over.
Of course she'd let him! Lexi was never one to tell her students no when it came to them being excited about something she was teaching.
"Of course you can. Have at it!" she said, giving him another smile. It'd be nice to have a banner celebrating the lovely month they were both in.

DH Vixen Finishing up on the final exclamation point, she set the brush and palette down and smiled. It looked good but there was still one more thing she had to do. The flashing needed to be added and she would be done. Picking up her wand again, she cast Colorus Fulgeo blue to bronze as she tapped the words on the banner and moved her wand in a smooth small circle to the left and then a smooth small circle to the right. Before her eyes, the flashing slowly started and she smiled. It was pretty, wasn't it?
Storing her wand, she reached for a sheet of parchment and started on her paragraph as her banner continued to blink and flash between her two house colours.
Flashing colors from somewhere across the room caught Lexi's attention, and she turned to see that Mina looked to be done with her banner.
"All done, Miss Bennett?" she asked, weaving through the tables and tables of students. Approaching Mina's table, Lexi took a few moments to study the banner and paragraph before commenting.
"Love it! My favorite part of the banner is the text," she said, glancing at the blue and bronze flashing words.
"You can place your banner over there," she said, pointing to the area Keefer had just placed his,
"then you're free to go. Enjoy your day!"
