Hello Emily, Abi, You two continue to amaze me, and I'm really sorry I'm having troubles commenting as soon as I read each post. Abi, no you're not slow. Please forgive me for being hard to understand. All I was saying is that They all came in mad and fighting with each other. Alicia was beaten, and they all just said their hurtful jabs and went on to bed, leaving Alicia alone. It just seems like for the sake of their friend they could have stopped fighting, and tended to her, and if she didn't need them, they should move away from her quietly, for her sake. That's just me though. Now, reading on to these last tremendous posts by the both of you, I understand the reason it went the way you wrote it. I wasn't finding fault with your story, it's just what I do, when I'm reading or watching a book or movie, I ask myself or Steve if we're watching something together, Why did he do that when he should have done this? Or something similar. When a reader does this it's a sign of a well written story in my opinion. I know Emily told Alicia she couldn't fight Malfoy, but, I'm thinking that Emily's got more power in her than she thinks. And it wasn't just an idol threat. I'm anxious to find out. I'd love to see Emily knock Malfoy off the grand pedistal he's got himself on.
