Professor Rae won't return your PM most likely, she didn't mine when I joined as student before I became a professor, but if you look at the opening post of the Young Auror's Club she maintains a list of students who have asked for membership. Check there if your name isn't on list when the first club meeting is held attend the meeting then PM Professor Rae again. She's very busy like most of us who serve as professors so give her a chance to catch up things since the first week or so of the term is a very busy time.
