Alrighty, here's the new post!

Emily, George, Fred, and Remus Apparated to the train station and met up with quite a few people. Tonks gave Emily a hug when they got there. Tonks gave Remus a weird look, which he just avoided by looking off into the distance. She wondered what it was about, but didn’t get a chance to ask because Mrs. Weasley, her mother-in-law to be, engulfed her into a huge hug. She kissed Emily’s cheek, and Emily gave her a small smile. Moody was there as well. He clapped Emily on the back and shook the twins’ hands. They waited for a few minutes before students started coming through the barrier. Emily said hello to a few of her friends, but other than that she stood off to the side with the twins. She held George’s hand tightly, which, on occasion, he would lift to his lips and kiss. Ron, Hermione, Harry, and Ginny finally came through the barrier. Mr. and Mrs. Weasley were at them first. Mrs. Weasley was pulling one after the other into hugs.

“What are they supposed to be?” Ron asked, pointing at the twins’ new dragon skin jackets. Emily couldn’t help but giggle at his facial expression.

“Finest dragon skin, little bro,” said Fred. “Business is booming and we thought we’d treat ourselves.”

Ginny came up to Emily and gave her a huge hug. “How have you been?” Ginny asked.

“Fine,” Emily lied. Hermione was next. She gave her a one armed hug. Ginny noticed a glint form Emily’s left hand.

“What,” Ginny gasped loudly, “is that?” She grabbed Emily’s hand as everyone looked round at them. George came up behind Emily and wrapped his arms around her waist, his chin on her shoulder.

“Well, Gin, we were getting to that,” he smiled. Emily chuckled nervously.

“We’re getting married!” they announced together.

Ginny and Hermione’s shock only lasted for a second before they started hugging and congratulating the couple. The girls all squealed their excitement while the boys all shook hands.

“I want you to be my Maid of Honor, Gin,” Emily said. “And I want you to be a bridesmaid, Hermione!”

Ginny squealed her yes while Hermione gave Emily another hug, saying she would be honored to. Ron and Harry were asked to be groomsmen by George. And they were all happy. Well, all but two. Though Emily was happy to have her best friend back for the summer, she still felt a twang of guilt for her happiness. She caught Remus’ eye as he gave her a look. She smiled the best she could, but he saw through it easily. The other not completely happy person—Harry.

“Hello, Harry,” Remus said off to the left of Emily.

“Hi, I didn’t expect...what are you doing here?” Harry responded.

“Well, we thought we might have a little chat with your aunt and uncle before letting them take you home,” Remus said with a small smile.

“I dunno if that’s a good idea,” replied Harry quickly.

“Oh, I think it is,” Moody growled. “That’ll be them, will it, Potter?” he asked as he pointed with his thumb over his shoulder. Emily glanced to where he had pointed. A family of three, who looked simply disgusted at the sight of the group, was standing.

“Ah, Harry!” said Mr. Weasley. He had been talking to Hermione’s parents. “Well—shall we do it, then?”

“Yeah, I reckon so, Arthur,”
said Moody.

Emily watched as Mr. Weasley and Moody took the lead across the station toward the Dursleys. Emily, George, and Fred followed slowly after the group, Hermione right behind them.

“Good afternoon,” said Mr. Weasley to Uncle Vernon. “You might remember me, my name’s Arthur Weasley,” he said pleasantly.

Emily watched as Harry’s uncle turned a deep shade of purple and glared at Mr. Weasley. Harry’s aunt looked mildly embarrassed and kept glancing around. Harry’s cousin tried to be unseen, but failed miserably.

“We just thought we’d have a few words with you about Harry,” said a smiling Mr. Weasley.

“Yeah,” Moody growled. “About how he’s treated when he’s at your place.”

“I am not aware that it is any of your business what goes on in my house—”
Vernon Dursley started saying, his mustache bristling.

“I expect what you’re not aware of would fill several books, Dursley,” Moody interrupted.

“Anyway, that’s not the point,” Tonks interjected. Her pink hair seemed to be offending Aunt Petunia, which made Emily stifle a giggle. “The point is, if we find out you’ve been horrible to Harry—”

“—and make no mistake, we’ll hear about it,”
Remus added pleasantly.

“Yes, even if you won’t let Harry use the fellytone—”

“Telephone,”
whispered Hermione.

“Yeah, if we get any hint that Potter’s been mistreated in any way, you’ll have us to answer to,” growled Moody.

“Are you threatening me, sir?” Vernon asked loudly.

“Yes, I am,” promised Moody pleasantly.

“And do I look like the kind of man who can be intimidated?” Vernon barked.

“Well,” Moody said as he pushed back his bowler hat, revealing his revolving magical eye. Harry’s uncle leapt backward in horror and collided with a luggage trolley. “Yes, I’d have to say you do, Dursley,” Moody finished.

Moody turned to Harry. “So, Potter, give us a shout if you need us. If we don’t hear from you for three days in a row, we’ll send someone along.” Harry’s aunt whimpered and Emily giggled again, causing George to grin at her.

“’Bye, then, Potter,” said Moody. He grasped Harry’s shoulder.

“Take care, Harry,” Remus said quietly. “Keep in touch.”

“Harry, we’ll have you away from there as soon as we can,”
Mrs. Weasley promised, hugging him.

“We’ll see you soon, mate,” said Ron, shaking Harry’s hand.

“Really soon, Harry,” Hermione said. “We promise.” Harry nodded.

Emily made her way to him and hugged him tightly. She knew, and so did he, that they would be bonded for life for what they’ve lost. They both lost their parents, their family. All they had left that tied them to their families were each other and Remus. She knew what he was going through, and she never wished that upon anyone. It wasn’t a great feeling.

“I’ll come and visit you, Harry,” she promised. He nodded slowly. “If you need me, use the mirror my dad gave you. I have one and Ginny has one. If you need us, don’t hesitate to call. I’ll keep in touch,” she said as she let him go. He smiled swiftly at her and the others, waved his hand in farewell, and led the way out of the station with his aunt, uncle, and cousin right on his tail.

George grabbed her hand and kissed her cheek. “So, have you picked a date yet?” Ginny asked brightly. George and Emily chuckled.

“Why don’t we go to the Burrow for dinner everyone?” Mrs. Weasley asked the group. “Everybody is invited,” she said. Everybody agreed and went back to the Burrow. Remus and Tonks Apparated the Grangers there, telling them they’d bring them back to their car afterwards. Fred took Hermione. George took Emily while Mr. Weasley took Ron and Mrs. Weasley Apparated with Ginny.

Moody and, after getting the word out, McGonagall, Dumbledore, and Kingsley met them there. They all ate in merriment as they talked about the wedding that was to come soon.
