He nodded, he didn't want to intrude if she were already in a group. He didn't have to do everything with his girlfriend after all.

She was definitely short of experience there, but on the up side all she had to do was glue wood together. Now how bad is that? No wand, no beating each other up and she had the sun to play under! While waiting for Dilly, Abbi continued to glue wood together, occasionally lifting her head up to glance at the other kids, heavens some were really fast! She wondered if there was a spell that would actually conjure a boat all together without working for one but her wand didn't work, well that's not true. Her magic was still fuzzy.
She got the base done now, well a base for a small boat that fits her and maybe someone else with her same body size or smaller. She doubted there were smaller since she was small, so somebody her own size. Hmmm.
Whistling, she started to give her square shaped base a vertical lift, on one side.
He looked over when someone shouted his name. It was Abbi. He smiled and walked over to her to see what she was doing. It would be interesting if Abbi was doing. The girl was nothing short of strange if you asked him.
"Sure I will join you," she told her. Strange as she was she was growing on Diggy he rather liked her.
"Are you making a raft or a actual boat," he asked her looking down at the planks she was gluing together by hand. Honestly didn't she know how to use her wand?
