Not a word! My lips are sealed!

Draco walked into the ball with Pansy clinging to his side. He had finally convinced her that he had done it to cause a bit of damage with the Gryffindors, and, being dumb, she bought it. His father sent him a howler, telling him he had one more chance to make it right. His face was paler than normal and his palms kept getting sweaty, causing him to have to wipe them on his pants every so often. He glanced around and noticed Emily with Fred.

I can’t believe she came with Weasley, he thought in disgust. He had to admit that she looked gorgeous, wearing a silver ball gown dress and her traditional ballet slippers. He chuckled internally. He noticed Pansy staring up at him and looked away from the redhead quickly.

“Want to dance, Drakey?” Pansy asked.

“Sure,” he said indifferently. He would rather be doing anything other than dance with Pansy. It was a slow song, so he was forced to hold onto her waist. She wrapped her arms around his neck and leaned her head on his chest. She was far too close to him for comfort.

Draco stayed clear of Emily and Alicia until it was nearing the end of the dance. He noticed Alicia step outside for some air and took his chance. A group of Slytherins followed him as he walked out the door to find Alicia. Thankfully, Emily wasn’t with her. If she had been, he wouldn’t be able to do this.

“Daniels!” Draco boomed. Alicia’s head snapped around at his voice. He smirked at her as she glanced around at all the Slytherins.

“What do you want, Malfoy? Come to kiss me again?” she snarled.

“I think once was enough to cause enough damage,” Draco said with a laugh as some of his friends sniggered.

“Is there a point to this little chat or are you finished?” Alicia asked as her hair started turning black.

“Oooh, somebody isn’t too friendly,” Draco chuckled. “But really, why go for a blood traitor like Starlight?”

“Jealous, Malfoy?” Alicia asked.
