New post It's a wee bit short.

Draco glanced around the Slytherin Common Room at all the people. He narrowed the spies down to one of his house members. He noticed that Pansy kept glancing his way. Draco rolled his eyes. He had apologized to her and asked her to the dance, so things were a little bit fixed. He thought about the ball that was only a few days away and the stunt he had to pull off.

Draco kept going over the plan in his head, but the thought made him sick. Draco glanced down at his unfinished homework and sighed. He had too much on his mind to concentrate, so he closed the book with a snap and decided that Sunday would be better.

The next day, Draco found himself in the courtyard. He was messing around with some first years when he noticed Starlight coming towards him. This will be good, Draco thought with a smirk.

“I’m getting sick of having to avoid you! Leave the first years alone!” Jamie said forcefully.

“You’re right; I guess I should go pick on some certain girls instead. They’re much more entertaining.” Draco sniggered as Jamie became furious.

“Don’t ever touch her again!” Jamie shouted as he stood in the courtyard.

"What I do has nothing to do with you!" Draco shouted back as he stood opposite Jamie. A small number of people were standing round them.

“It does when you kiss my girlfriend!” Jamie shouted and a couple of people whispered to each other.

“Well it doesn’t help that she kissed me back!” Even more whispers flew round the two boys at Draco’s shout. Draco had said that she had kissed him, but he basically just admitted that it was him the whole time. Draco internally cursed himself. You’re supposed to be fixing this, not making it worse, he said to himself.
