"I have always wanted children. You know that I can't have any though so I thought maybe adopting one would be a good idea. I mean, there are tons of children that need good homes," she said sadly. She wanted nothing more than to give Milo children but her being barren kind of threw a wrench in the sprockets, so to speak. Her past was sketchy and she never truly told Milo why she couldn't have kids... just that she couldn't. Maybe it was getting close to time to come out with the truth.
She opened her mouth and shut it a few times, deciding that breakfast was not the right time for the conversation. "Splendid. I will do some research see what I can find out. I definitely want an older child... not a teenager yet though. And it would have to be a wizarding kid." |
