At first Brayden was a bit overwhelmed by Lia's reaction. However, she wasn't the type of person who really minded when people randomly started screaming or over reacting, so she just grinned back at Lia. "I've been playing for maybe four years now, I move around a lot and I don't own a guitar, so I play when I can. New York City is fun, there's always stuff going on... You would really ask your sister for a sketchpad. I can pay you for it, but only in sickles and knuts, I don't have any muggle money."

Brayden yawned and checked her watch. It was 9:30. "Sure I'll run up to the dorm and grab my sketchbook." she exclaimed, hopping up off the couch. She jogged across the commmon room and up the stairs leading to the girls dorm, her long dark red hair streaming behind her. Horseback Riding sounds fun!" she thought.
A minute later Brayden returned with the sketchbook. It was about 10 inches long, 8 inches wide, and 1 inch thick. The cover was dark red, and it nearly matched Brayden's hair. Brayden flipped open the sketchbook and handed it to Nessa. "That's the first place I ever lived." she said, "I lived their the first five years of my life. I ended up leaving because my foster mother ended up getting pregnant, and they couldn't afford to have two children. Since I left there I've lived in five other places, including New York."
