Good thing they had the same size feet. Colby looked at Hadley with a conrfused look when she said he looked pulchritudinous. What in the name of Merlin's beard was that supposed to mean? "I look pul..... what?" he said smiling at her. Hopefully that was her way of saying he looked good.
Aww, she was blushing. It was nice to see that after dating for a year he could still make her blush just from a simple kiss.
Oops, now it was his turn to blush. "Thanks," he said as she wiped her lipstick off his lips. "What would I do without you always looking out for me?" Probably walk around looking like a fool, that's what.
He chuckled a little when he heard what her trouble was. "Haha, I should have figured it was a fashion problem." He never would understand women and their obsession over shoes. "Well, your sister has good taste in shoes, they look very nice on you." Oh heck, who was he kidding, they looked fantastic on her, her whole outfit was fantastic. All other women paled in comparison to Hadley. Yes, he had the most beautiful date of the night.
