"Isn't that when you look into a reflective surface and you see in it a person or place as it is in the same moment that you're in? So, if you want to see how your brother's doing while he's on a trip in, I don't know, Sweden, you can scry him and see where he is and what he's doing at that exact moment."
She paused as another thought entered her mind.
"Professor, doesn't scrying only apply to people or places that you already know or have seen? So taking the example of my brother, if I scry him in Sweden but I've never been there myself, I will only see him, not his surroundings... right?"
