Brayden shook her head. "Oh no don't worry about it. I'm pretty comfortable with the facts by this point." she said quickly. She hadn't meant to make Nessa feel uncomfortable. "I've been skipping around from home to home my whole life." she continued, "No one ever seems to be able to keep me for more than a couple of years, for various reasons. But when my foster parents got the letter they didn't believe me, which is normal. I thought it was kind of strange myself, but I was ready to go anyway. When a wizard came to my house to explain to them what was going on, they just stood there looking very confused. I convinced them to drive me to Kings Cross Station though, so I'm happy. I'm not sure what they'll say to me when I get back for summer. They'll probably send me to some other parents. I always had this weird feeling that they really hated me. But really, you probably couldn't care less about my crazy life, sorry for rambling. Now your mom can tell you all about the Wizarding World, I wish I knew more, I feel like such a muggle."
