2. Avada Kedavra
Alanna Rae was thumbing through a book [She reads?!] casually as she lounged about her apartment waiting for her brother to return from his job at the Ministry. It was a new edition of the History of the Wizarding world that Colman seemed to enjoy so much and she wanted to know if it was anything interesting.
Skimming the chapters, her eyes fell upon Harry Potter and she went to go read the excerpt about him in the book.
Harry Potter. The Boy Who Lived. The Chosen One. Those words flashed over a young looking, scrawny young man as he stood awkwardly in his picture.
‘Would never make a good model.’ She thought as she began to read. Of course, everyone knew he was the only person to ever survive the Killing Curse, Avada Kedavra. A.R. shuddered at the thought of being killed in such a manner and thanked Merlin that her Muggle parents were safe from Muggle hating wizards.
She read that the curse is detected by a flash of green light and she saw something bright green out of the corner of her eye.
Screaming and falling to the floor she looked up to her returned brother furiously.
