54. Dare

Lucy and Tyler were hiding and talking in whispers.

“I dare you to go up to my mom’s studio and sneak back one my boards,” Tyler whispered to her.
Lucy gasped. “No way!” But the look Ty gave her ( “Chicken!”) made Lucy roll her eyes and walk into the studio. Mrs. Way was away so Lucy hurriedly looked for any sign of a board. She finally found one and had just placed a hand on it when the door to the room opened.

She shrieked and accidently broke Tyler’s skateboard. Tyler groaned loudly and Mrs. Way started shouting vociferously.
