Sam looked over at Ben for a brief moment, and then he looked at the door. He couldn't just sit here and wait for his Division Head to arrive, so he was just going to have to start the meeting without him, and then Ben or Lucia could catch him when he arrives... for the love of merlin, who knew when that would be. "I'm sure he would have sent an owl," he replied. "It's just... he'll have to catch up."

He was about to write something on the board when someone entered the office with a very happy attitude. Turning around, he gave Erik the 'where the heck have you been?!' look before his eyes landed on the box of donuts that he was tossing onto the table.

ZOMG. Donutsss!

"Thanks for showing up late," he replied before he grabbed a donut out of the box Erik had placed in front of him. "And thanks for the donuts. Now I'm going to start this meeting..."

He took a bite of his donut, and then he went to stand in front of the conference room.

"Attention everyone!" He announced. "I'm so glad you all could make it to this meeting... well, I wouldn't even call it a meeting. It's more like a gathering so that I can announce the rules for the duel that I have planned from this evening." A little smirk formed on his face as he looked at everyone in the conference room. "I'm not sure how many of you attended Hogwarts, but there's a dueling arena where students may duel with each other... within reason of course. The duel I have planned is going to be like a student duel because I have rules that must be followed. If you don't follow the rules, you will not be able to duel." He took another bite of his donut before writing on the white board:

"I hope that nobody will get hurt since this is a fun duel, but things happen. If you happen to get hurt, find me IMMEDIATELY," he spoke. At least he'll know that their injuries won't be TOO bad since dark magic wasn't allowed. He looked over at Ben, Lucia, and Erik to let them know if they wanted to add anything or to say something he left off, they could, and then he looked back at his employees. "Any questions?"
