He finally came up to the register. It was about time. He paid the woman behind the counter and she dropped his purchases into a small bag before handing it over to him. Looking to Rhea, he gave her a nod. "Well, I'm ready now. Just lead me wherever; I promise to comply."
Rhea shook her head and laughed. Boys were always so so, she thought for a moment. So plain and straight forward. Normally if a girl said that they would probably mean something else. That was probably one reason she loved having a guy as her bestfriend.
"Whatever you say Aiden." She looked at his small bad and smirked. Those wouldn't last him a week.
"Well seeing as I am famished from searching all over Hogsmeade for you, I say we head to the broomsticks for some food. I'm famished." For the second time that day she pushed open the door of Honeydukes and was out in the crisp air again. Another good thing about Aiden being her bestfriend meant that she certainly wouldn't be shy about eating around him.
