Patrick found his way into a dark alley and found it was a tad peaceful. He took a deep breath, inhaling the cool fall air and then let it out. He looked around and found he was nearly alone. Somewhere inside he wondered if Vanessa had dared to venture down to Hogsmeade after feeling so down lately. He closed his eyes and leaned against the moist wall.
Vanessa walked back in the alley way and saw Patrick.
"Patrick!" She said walking over to him and giving him a hug.
"How've you been?" She said wiping a tear from her eye really quickly. She did not want him to see her crying again, especially after the night where she cried so much.
