Smirking, and with a few chuckles escaping under her breathe, Evelyn shook her head slightly before looking at who was in the group, but lingering on the Lupin girl. "I didn't really ask if you knew the spells..." she started, shifting from one foot to the other. "I meant, are you good at them. You know like, two or three spells isn't going to shatter the shield you are creating completely. And I'm talking about the Protego one mainly. The Revertoscutum is just, out of the questions since we all pretty much fail at it at the moment."
Selena tried not to roll her eyes at the girls tone of voice. She clenched her fists inside the pockets of her robes. Ugh. She hatted it when people treated her like she was insignificant. Selena bit her tongue so hard it almost drew blood. Just because the girl was in an older year didn't mean anything. If she was so great then why would she care about what they knew?
Selena gave a huge fake smile.
"Well, I'm good at the patronus charm," Selena said. She tried to control her temper. She felt like she was talking to her mother: someone who could care less what you did or what you knew. She had to remember her manners. She didn't want to leave a bad impression, but that was a bit hard with her. Whatever er name was.
