Chloe smiled around at them all as they began volunteering to write the letters. As Ms. Beaumont volunteered to write the letter to France, she spoke to her, "Just so you know the French Minister is rather new, the elections had just taken place due to the recent death of the previous minister. He might be a little frenzied, so please speak very plainly to him, Ms. Beaumont," she explained to her. She nodded at the rest of them as they spoke up, flicking her wand so the names were crossed off the list. "Excellent! Very good everyone! Come on, the rest of you, the sooner you all choose, the quicker you can all stop listening to me talk," she said with an understanding smile.
