There was quite a bit of ingredients. All she hoped was that the oven wouldn't explode. Knowing her, it might. Selena looked up and saw the blue canaries. "They look so cute," Selena giggled as she looked at them circling his head.
He nodded. This did look like a lot of stuff, but he was up for it.
"Yeah we can split this stuff up." he turned around and started looking for some of the ingredients. He giggled along with Selena. The canaries were really cute and funny,
"They will go away in a few minutes I hope," but they kept tweeting around his head. He didn't mind though.

Lexi just sort of half-smiled, half-laughed softly at Dillon. She was glad to see he was okay, but at the same time, his reactions while coming out of his knocked out state were amusing. "I'm glad you're alright then. Let me know if you start feeling a little funny," she said. When both Dillon and the Crumb Girl partnered up for the baking, Lexi turned and walked in the opposite direction.
"Oh, yes, definitely," she said, nodding her head. "Go ahead and work through the entire process." Lexi had been so busy with Dillon that she hadn't thought to make sure her directions had been clear. She glanced around the room to see if maybe anyone else looked like they had a question.
Lexi eyed the Hufflepuff girl as she thought about the answer to her question. Hmm...students adding their own ingredients could be...well, dangerous. Tate would surely not approve if Lexi unintentionally allowed a student to burn the place down. Then again, it wasn't like the girl could add anything too terrible, right? "Hmm...go on ahead. Besides, I'm interested to see what you'll come up with," she answered. Lexi just...wouldn't look as the girl worked. She just couldn't bare to watch just in case disaster was about to strike.

He nodded meekly at her trying to remember to breath before he passed out and they really made him go to the hospital wing.
"Ye..ok." he squeaked out. He wasn't sure if that was English but hopefully she would know what he meant, because he sure as Merlin didn't.

It was nice to know that Professor Carlton had that effect on other people besides him. So he didn't feel like such a git in her class. He had gathered up all the ingredients while Selena had been talking to Professor Carlton anything to keep his mind from daydreaming.
"I've got everything," he told her so she wouldn't go looking for the stuff for a second time.
