Draco watched as several emotions crossed the Ravenclaw's face. She clearly didn't like him much, though he couldn't really blame her. She also was on the defensive about the whole business. Though, there were many including his sister that would be fighting tooth and nail it seemed to get out of it. He himself, didn't see how they would accomplish it.
Her questions pulled him out of his thoughts. Leaning back against the wall he glanced up at the ceiling. "Well, to be honest I think they've made it nearly impossible to get out of it legally. I don't plan on going to Azkaban so outright denying is out of the question. And frankly I'm just happy being alive at this point in time." He said the last part so quietly, that only she would be able to hear.
He did a have a few misgivings about being told what to do by a bunch of adults but there wasn't anything to do about it. After nearly dying, he really didn't care what happened. He was busy enjoying himself and he wasn't going to let this get him down.
