"As I have a zero-tolerance for chatter, that will be 19 points from Slytherin, 12 points from Ravenclaw, 3 points from Gryffindor, and 1 point from Hufflepuff for excessive chatting after you were explicitly told to keep chatting to a minimum. Perhaps next time you'll think twice before chatting about butterflies or whatever other nonsensical talk you were on about." Shaking her head, she penciled it into her notes quickly before moving onward.

"But thank you Mr Greenwood and Prefect Laksh for your efforts to quiet the others. Two points each to Slytherin and Gryffindor respectively for your efforts." Josephina nodded at each of them in approval of their efforts.

Drawing her wand - because she could - she flicked it at the board and the words "Arithmancy Basics" appeared in neatly lettered handwriting. "For those who I've yet to meet, I'm Professor Hadley and I will be your Arithmancy Professor for the year." She said by way of introduction.

"Before we get into the basic of the calculations, can someone give me an original definition of what Arithmancy is? You all, by now, could probably read sooo I do NOT want a reverberation of the textbook."

OOC: Class has officially begun. Anyone who announces their late arrival from this point onward will be subjected to point loss and/or detention about tardiness. Thank you for your cooperation <3

She giggled a little when he had said oranges. Responses to random questions were always funny. She felt like she was blushing too, when he held her hands. He took his away and she felt the hot sensation in her cheeks tone down. She wanted to answer his latest question, but Selena had walked in. She waved to her as the two got acquainted.

Opening her mouth, she was going to say something, but the teacher had yelled, almost directly at them. 19 points! She thought. That was ridiculous! I guess we were a little too loud. I'll just finish the conversation after class. She frowned as she took out her things and tried to keep up. Kenna hated numbers, so Arithmancy wouldn't be a slice of pie for her.

She found another girl, about her age. She walked over to her, seeing as she already knew Selena and Santi. "Hi, I'm Kenna, can we be partners?" She asked, she hoped this girl would be good, and help her out, because she was lost.
