Cadence walked into Arithmancy feeling a bit nervous. There wasn't a single wrinkle in her uniform and her newly long hair was pulled into a low ponytail at the back of her head. Making a good impression was always important. She had never taken this class before, but she had started studying it over the summer at her mother's recommendation. When she entered the classroom she walked over the professor and smiled at her. "Good afternoon, Professor! I'm Cadence Ballard!" Cadence said, hoping it wasn't too much to introduce herself. Then she moved away from the professor and sat down in the front row taking out parchment, quill, and ink in order to take notes the moment class began.
