A swamp monster – oh.. well that explained it. Hang on... A swamp MONSTER!? Did they exist? He swallowed; not only was he now feeling sick, but also paranoid – who was to say the kid wasn't right? This was a magical school where anything could happen. “H-he thought you were a swamp monster.” He repeated to Roxxy. Grooooann.. they had to get out of here or Oliver's breakfast was going to joining them in the swamp. Ew. As if it wasnt gross enough already. Whos that? He looked over at the boy. “Oliver Greenwood.” He said flatly. “Pleasure to meet you.” Oh.. and why did that come out far more sarcastic than he intended? Because he was in an ICKY SWAMP! Best leave introductions til later, eh?
Oliver swam towards the edge and attempted to haul himself out in the same way the boy did but his palms slipped on the stone and he plunged back into the grossness. Cue more retching as the stuff went in his mouth. “Urrrh.. I think I'm gonna...” He trailed off and held his stomach. NO! He had to hold it in dammit.. for all their sakes.
He felt his side for his wand and drew it. “Accio rope.” he muttered and one end of the rope that was cordoning off this place plopped in the slime in front of him. He heaved on it and managed to pull himself out onto 'dry land' He sat and panted for a bit, eyes closed and concentrating on keeping his breakfast inside of him.
Now... to save those kids. Heh.
He threw the rope in the water in front of Slime!Boy. “Grab a-hold, Slime Boy.” He told him. With any luck, this would work. THERE WAS THE LIGHT!
Kicking his legs in the water, Ty made his way towards the surface - or what he hoped was the surface at least - and came up for air, gasping again. ICK. All this SLIME.
BLEH. Rubbing his eyes to get the slime water off them, he blinked furiously and heard someone shout for a slime boy to grab hold of something. Eh? Who was slime boy? Finally able to open his eyes, Ty saw the person from before was holding out a rope to him and comprehension dawned.
Apparently, HE was slimeboy. o_O Text Cut: Roxxy Quote:

The Ravvie boy whom she still didn't know the name asked who the sixth year snake was. Roxxy wondered if it really was the best time for introductions but she said anyway "He is Oliver Greenwood. My friend....adopted bigbrother. And you are?"
Roxxy watched as the boy made an attempt to get out of the swamp but it was of course futile. The stones, the ropes and everything was just gooey with slimy slippery swamp stuff. Sneezing out swamp water and coughing Roxxy continued to tread water. How she was supposed to get out of the swamp with her injured arm which by the way was hurting BADLY? Roxxy suspicions were correct. Oliver was about to throw upp what ever he had in his stomach because of the swamp. Meh she didn't like when otheres were nauseous it made her sick too. When Oliver came up on the bank of the swamp again she thought he was going to throw right then and there. Nobody was so green in the face as he was. Nothing happened though.
Instead Oliver tossed the rope to the ravvie boy. Keeping a bit of a distance from the back Roxxy called to Oliver "I don't think you can pull me up that way.. My arm hurts tooo much. And I'm loosing the feeling in my toes.. It's better you get help..Professor help." Shivering and still teary eyed she hoped that she'd get out of the swamp soon. Ty was cold. VERY cold. And slimy. And smelly. And icky. And this girl thought that NOW would be the perfect time for introductions?
HONESTLY.
Giving her a crazy look - one that obviously meant "What, are you CRAZY?!!?!?" - Ty looked away from her and her bleeding arm (whoopsies) and towards what was unmistakably the sound of feet coming their way.
HEEELP WAS COMING. Text Cut: Professor to the rescue!! Quote:

She'd been back in the castle for a few days now, but she'd only been to just a few of the floors. Thinking it'd be nice to take a little tour and see how things had changed over the years, Lexi had left the third floor and ventured up a few levels. So that was the big story of how she ended up on the fifth floor---not a very exciting story, but it did explain her random appearance in a place she had no real reason to be in.
As she walked further down the corridor, the sound of commotion grew louder and louder. "Commotion...at Hogwarts. Imagine that," Lexi thought to herself, thinking it was probably just some silly spell gone wrong. You know...a few stray canaries trying to escape out a window or something trivial like that. There was water, though...this, she could tell. There was splashing...dear, Merlin. Lexi tsk-tsk'ed as she considered what sort of trouble some probable first year had gotten themselves into.
When she rounded the next corner, though, what she saw caused her to stop dead in her tracks and blink in confusion. Someone was...swimming...in a swamp? Eww! Swamps were disgusting little places. There were usually little, icky bugs and snakes, and...gross. The closer Lexi got, though, the more she began to realize that there wasn't just one person in the swamp...there were two people in the swamp. ...and they weren't just swimming either! "Oh, ...Merlin Me! How did you two---oh, nevermind that!" she exclaimed. Whipping her wand out, Lexi hurried to the side of the Slytherin boy who was trying to fish them out with a rope. With a...rope? "I don't know if they'll be strong enough for a muggle method. Let's try..." She raised her wand and nodded, indicating for him to retrieve his wand, as well. Lexi could have easily done this one her own, but a little instruction never hurt anyone. "You're familiar with Mobilicorpus, yes?" she asked. He looked to be old enough to at least have had some experience with it.
Oooh, a lady professor!
Still treading water, and convenietnly ignoring the Professor's half question about how they had actually gotten in the swamp, Ty watched with great interest as she told the other boy that they weren't strong enough for the muggle way. HEY! HE was strong enough for ANYTHING. She must've been talking about the girl.
Wait. She was going to LEVITATE them out of the water?!?!? O_O
...
That actually sounded kinda fun! Hehe.
