Jude arched his brow as she answered with the fact that she had so many shoes in there. Shaking his head, he never understood why girls needed to have a bajillion pairs of shoes to begin with.
He sighed in relief, sitting down on the side where his bag was and looking over to her.
"I'm glad too darling. Means I won't be told off for being with you any longer." Jude said with a small smile. It had been hard to hear that he wasn't allowed to see her until the term started.
Cadence smiled across the compartment at him, so excited to just be able to look at him and see him smiling at her. Looking around the compartment, though, she noticed something that was missing.
"Jude, where's your trunk?" she asked with a laugh. Had he not brought one? Where was all of his things? Cadence shivered slightly and went over to her trunk, popping it up and taking Jude's jacket that he had given her all those weeks ago off the top and putting it on. Sitting back down across from him, she looked into his eyes and felt foolish because she simply could not stop smiling. It was silly, she knew, but she was so completely smitten with Jude, and it had been so far to stay away from him for so many days.
