Chloe shook her head vigorously as Antigone apologized, and once she had finished, Chloe said, "You don't need to apologize. It was my fault. I mistakenly believed the conversation was over, and I should have been paying attention. Don't apologize. I was the one in the wrong." Chloe looked at Ronan for support, waiting for him to back her up. They had, after all, both gotten in trouble for the same act. He should speak up, right? Or was Chloe going to do all of the talking. Then she turned back to Antigone with a kind look in her eyes, "And as far as caring about you, you know that I am always here for you whenever you need me," she said quietly.
