I'm sorry Professor, really I am , its just that, out of the list I was provided with I believe that you are the least capable. There are various traits that a teacher of divination requires; first and foremostly the ability to 'See' and I know, both from reports and from my own personal experiance that you unfortunately do not possess this. Although, your desire for this particular trait leads to you making false predictions for your students leaving them both afraid and intimidated. I recall reading a report outlining an incident in which you told a 14 year old student that he was in grave danger. Is this anyway to treat a child? You also lack authority meaning you cannot control classes. There have been many accidents occuring in your tower that have left students in the Hospital Wing for days. I believe however that you have a place at Hogwarts as your quirkiness and affection would be sorely missed and impossible to replace. I apologise profusely Professor, really I do. It's just that, as an employee of the MoM's Department of Education I believe it is within my job description to assess, report on and ultimately remove teachers from establishments such as the highly respected Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and you Sybil, are simply not making the grade like many of your O.W.L students.
