Matt's brain had officially stopped working. Had that just happened? Had that just really happened? He couldn't even get out an Uh. He'd almost been slightly disappointed when Amberly had pulled back, but had squashed that rather odd feeling instantly. But she was a good kisser; you couldn't blame him for wanting more.

The place where she kissed him burned, leaving his cheek tingling. What she said next came as an even bigger surprise. "Thanks." he said, grinning sheepishly, feeling slight colour come to his cheeks. "Y-you too." Ok. He wanted to literally kill his stutter, right now. Why couldn't it just go and die in a hole? Was it really too much to ask?
