Jet wandered into the....testing room?, and wondered whether this was for all Ministry workers. He certainly knew he was in no shape to be criticizing teachers. He should be being tested in life threatening situations that involved some highly dangerous creature. He grinned at the thought. He would welcome the challenge. The one that didn't exist, that is, not this one.
He grimaced at the 'test'. It was a challenge, and that was enough. After a while of standing and staring blankly at the papers, he started to fill some blank one's out. He especially focused on the CoMC teacher, a Mr. Hagrid. Quote:
I believe that if indeed all facts about Mr. Hagrid are indeed true, then of course he would have been the least competent teacher. For instance, a teacher who harms students for fun is indeed a much worse teacher than a fraud, as Trelawnly seems to be. But I must take into account that at this time, which I believe is in the 1990's, the laws for magical creature restriction were slightly stricter than they are now due to our increase of knowledge concerning magical creatures. Mr. Hagrid could have already developed methods that deal with non-ageappropriate magical creatures. Another thing to take into account is that The High Inquisitor mentions that she is certain that Mr.Hagrid helped his Hypogryff escape. From this we can assume that she had had grudges against Mr.Hagrid. Of course, she may be correct, nonetheless. Still, my opinion stands. If Mr.Hagrid did indeed do all that Mrs.Umbridge claimed that he did, then he his certainly the worst teacher of the lot.
Jet sat back and looked at what he had wrote. Impressive...He thought. He didn't know he could write like that. Suddenly, he noticed the absence of cats. Uh oh...He thought, as he looked around. They were probably causing trouble. He sighed and shook his head. They were cats! They couldn't be put on a leash. Reluctantly, he went back to his task. Quote:
I believe Ms.Sprout is the best teacher here. Firstly, she 'has a sound knowledge of her subject'. From reading these notes, I have come to the conclusion that Mrs.Umbridge must have been a exceptionally hard person to please. She seems to have tried desperately to find any Con's to all of the teachers, even if it is minimal. Personally, Mr.Snape does not seem like an adequate teacher. One part of teaching is content, I understand, but there is another part which exhibits interaction with the students and friendliness. Mr.Snape seems to not be exhibiting either. Ms.Sprout, however, has seems to come to terms with the students and (besides obviously creating hands-on-activities) has allowed to student to use obscene language which I assure you is a necessity in that class.
Jet smirked at the last lines. It was so true....those darn plants had knocked him out a number of times. His head still hurt from those falls...
