Letting out a big sigh, Whitney slumped into one of the seats next to Reese.
"Whit! What's wrong?" She asked, a little more worried than was necessary.
She looked up at her best friend and could feel tears welling up in her eyes. "I'm...I'm depressed."
Now this had to be serious. Whitney Ashford was one of the happiest girls around...most of the time. "OHMYGOSH! What happened?!?"
"....I lost my sock...again..."
Reese tried very hard to keep from laughing. "I'm so sorry. I'll help you look for it.” She then turned around and started laughing so hard she began to cry.
