This is where new Galleons, Sickles and Knuts are minted and marked with the serial number of the goblin who made them. The room is at the end of a long corridor leading from the main hall, with old coins displayed in protected glass cases. It is hot within the room, that would be because of the furnace where the goblins make the molten metal used for coin making.

The mills and presses are all manned by Goblins, though the repairs to the mills and presses are done by witches and wizards. As are the deliveries of the raw metals, most of which were recovered by cursebreakers or traded for the riches that the cursebreakers did discover.

There is a viewing area, a small and secure room overlooking the Goblin Mint where processes can be observed. This is not a public area and an escort is necessary to reach this part of the bank.
