Default Divination Classroom Rules

Hello there! In order to make this class fun and enjoyable for all, please be sure you read the rules below before coming to class. Thank you!

1. All SS Rules and School RPG Rules apply. You ALL should know what these are by now. Read 'em, learn 'em, love 'em. Should you break one of these rules you will be punished accordingly, which could mean an OOC warning or infraction if the offense is severe enough.

2. Please do NOT post your character coming in late. If you get online after a class has already started, just post and pretend you were there the whole time! If you announce that you are late, house points WILL be deducted (the amount will vary based on the severity of the interruption).

3. Absolutely NO cheating in this class. Please do not copy each others homework--it's incredibly obvious when you do so. Also, do not copy and paste someone's answer in class or you WILL lose house points. Finally, no copy and pasting from other websites. That's called plagarism, people. Professor Reynolds will NOT be very happy when he has to punish you for it, either.

4. Please respect the Professor and other students in the class. If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all, but if you do not heed that warning, expected to be disciplined.

5. Excessive chatter will not be tolerated, so please don't treat the classroom like your own personal chat thread. Too much chatting WILL result in loss of house points. On that note, please try to avoid OOC notes as much as possible. OOC notes are only supposed to be used to clarify your character's actions in a post, not to tell someone you're heading off to bed and will be back in the morning. So please, try and avoid them whenever possible!

6. Whenever answering a question, please raise your hand before speaking. I will try my VERY best to address every answer, and I will award participation points regardless of whether or not you're first or last to answer.

7. I'm not going to eat you if you edit your post--I WILL be angry if you edit to change your answer to something that is suspiciously close to someone else's answer, however. Long story short--editting is fine as long as you're not editting to cheat.

Now that you know what I expect, HAVE FUN and don't hesitate to PM me if you have any questions!
