Yush. Ron failed Divination too, remember? xD I see Ginny as a good student, but better at subjects that carry some practicality - DADA, Charms, Transfiguration, stuff of that sort. Not at Divination or Arithmancy. Which said, Ginny doesn't really care that she flunked Divination.
