Don't go back to reread... It wasn't really explained how she knew Peter was guilty, but she's read the journal. And she knows that the secret keeper was changed from sirius to peter. She kinda just knew, that after reading the journal, that Sirius was innocent and just assumes that Peter is guilty bc he's the one that it was switched to and right after, the Potters were attacked. So it's just an assumption that she is just now voicing... Sorry if it was confusing.
