THe man looked rather displeased. "Can I ask you why you have decided to POUND on a Department Head's door? I am going to close this door and I need you to try again, sir. I will not deal with rude people," she said in an angry voice as she pushed her door shut in his face and tapped her foot, waiting for the man to try and be polite about his knocking.
