She would have stayed here, even if it had not been him, but another student - it was sort of her duty, and she really could not leave a person she suspected was not feeling the best, alone. Not like this. But the fact that it was Dylan made it even SURER that she did not want to leave. She did, however, have a little task to do.

"I'm going to help Candy on to a thestral," she told Dylan gently. "I'll be back, okay?" Yes, he was better, but she was NOT letting him be on his own, until he was absolutely fine. Absolutely!

She rose to her feet, straightened up, re-arranged her hair a bit, and stepped up to the waiting Candy. "Ready to fly?" she asked brightly, fully aware that Candy would be super-excited for this. "Come here. Place your left leg over here --" She winded off into more instructions. Her mind was still on Dylan, though. She couldn't help it.
