Chloe honestly almost teared up when Asher said that Junior had wanted her to see the book. She looked up at Asher with a bit of a sappy expression on her face. "Aw! Did he really?! Maybe I should read it to him the next time I come over! Do you think he'd like that?" she asked, getting extremely excited. This thing with Junior was so odd. Poor boy... he just wanted someone to love him. And Chloe would do just that.
"I'm fairly sure, he's the only one who throws books at me." Asher laughed quietly. He then smiled,
"I'm sure he'd really like that Chloe." he told her kissing her forehead again.
"He likes to be read to." Asher nodded, though he hadn't quite picked the right book. The books he read outloud were always slammed shut.
