Armen had been the first one in the new office and was at his desk when the first of the employees began to arrive, and it just so happened to not be one of his. He smiled and greeted the man and then went back to putting his things back onto his new desk.
He had just place a photo of a younger Armen Recard with a blond girl, both of them clad in Hogwarts attire, his Ravenclaw, her Gryffindor, at a Quidditch match. Both of the students smiling and hugging as Armen looked at it.

Ingrid strolled into the new office laden with madam malkins shopping bags. Christians owl about the remodelling of Level 6 couldn't have come at worse time. She hadn't pictured herlf having to come into the office on a saturday just to fix up her desk. But now she was here. After putting down the photo, another person entered the office, this time a familiar face, who so happened to be one of his fellow Division Heads. "Morning Ingrid!" he smiled cheerfully.
"I agree one hundred precent. This new set up is great! Now we all get to work together and we will get to know all of Transportation's employees." he smiled at her again. He was happy that she had chosen the desk beside his, he had chosen one in the middle that way he could be side by side two other Heads.
"Would you like some chocolate frogs?" he asked her, pointing to the new basket on the edge of his desk.

Laura had her nose buried in the letter she had received earlier about the Ministry's remodeling. How exciting was that!? She hurried habitually in the direction of the Portkey Office. Folding up the letter and slipping it back into the pocket of her jacket, she readjusted the bags slung over her shoulder and made her way over to the new work area. She walked on in, eyes wandering around. There were already several people. Laura spotted Armen and made a point to smile and wave a hello to her boss.
Supposing that it was time now to find her new desk, Laura maneuvered through the cubicles to the Portkey Division corner. This whole set up indeed seem practical. Choosing a desk, Laura set down her bag on the chair and began to take her items out to arrange on the desk; a couple pictures of herself and her sister, Kenzie, a mini potted plant, an amber paperweight, several inkwells and quills, and a pad of Post-Its. Merlin, were they nifty.
After speaking with Ingrid, Armen heard another arrival to the office. He was just so excited for today!!! And it turned out to be one of his employees this time!
"Oh Laura, glad to see you could find us in here!" he chuckled noticing her slightly confused expression.

Bringing the first pile of Portkey request forms out of his to-do basket, he half-noticed the entrance of Christian and someone else. He gave them a wave not really noticing them all the way, until he heard his name mentioned. He looked up and as he noticed the younger man begin to walk towards him. It took the Division Head a second to register where he had known that face from and then it hit him.
"John, is that you?!" he jumped up from his desk excitedly and walked forward to meet his long-absense employee.
"It's good to see you again." he said sticking his hand out, with a large smile.
"Welcome back. How are you?" he asked curiously. He himself wasn't a hundred percent sure what had been wrong with the guy.
He then looked around the newly renovated offfice space.
"Oh and as you have probably noticed, the office has been changed up a bit from what you remember. We have consolodated the four Divisions into one big office space. You are free to choose what desk you want and begin to settle in. Those four desks," he pointed to the four, large desk in th eback, where he had just vacated his.
"Those are for the four Division Heads. So if you need anythign while you are working that is where I will be." he nodded happily, it was good to get his employee back!
